The exact festival location and driving directions will be shared with ticket holders closer to the event for privacy and safety reasons. The festival site is located near Merritt, British Columbia, approximately 3.5 hours from Vancouver by car.

This is a fully outdoor camping festival. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own camping equipment including tents, sleeping bags, shade structures, and personal supplies. Please respect your neighbors and keep pathways clear at all times. July weather in Merritt can be hot during the day and cold at night, so prepare for both warm and cool temperatures. Leave No Trace principles are strictly enforced: - Pack out everything you bring in - Respect wildlife and nature - No littering or dumping - Use eco-friendly products whenever possible

Safety and respect are our top priorities. Security, staff, and first aid personnel will be available onsite throughout the festival. If you experience an emergency, notify festival staff immediately. Please stay hydrated and prepared for summer heat conditions common in the Merritt area during July. Campfires and open flames may be restricted depending on BC wildfire conditions and government regulations at the time of the event.

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Line-up changes, weather conditions, scheduling adjustments, or artist cancellations are not grounds for refunds. Tickets may be transferable if approved by the organizer closer to the event date. Please respect the festival community and purchase tickets only through official CINEMAGIC channels.
